Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nolly at play.nolly.world (the “Game”), operated by Antbrain Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, playing as a guest, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can play
nolly is for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or play, including as a guest. By using the Game you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may request proof of age and will close accounts that break this rule.
2. Your account
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One person per account. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is not allowed.
- Usernames that impersonate others, are offensive, or break these Terms may be changed or removed by us.
- You may close your account at any time from the in-game settings.
3. In-game money, property, and items
In-game cash, property, vehicles, items, and other virtual goods have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Game, except where these Terms explicitly allow. We may adjust the game economy, item values, or availability at any time. All virtual items remain the property of Antbrain Ltd and are licensed to you only for use within the Game.
4. Behaviour and community rules
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, bully, abuse, or direct hate at other players
- Scam or defraud others, or attempt to
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use automation or bots, or engage in any other unfair play
- Share or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Impersonate Antbrain Ltd, its staff, or other players
Players may report violations. Moderators may issue warnings, mutes, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. We may also remove content or reverse in-game actions that break these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The Game, its characters, assets, code, and related materials are owned by Antbrain Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Game without permission.
6. Changes to the Game or these Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Game at any time. We may also update these Terms. When the Terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to play. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may stop using the Game and close your account.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Game and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, for operational or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Game. On termination your licence ends, and we may delete or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
