Privacy Policy

1. Adults only

nolly is strictly for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor is using the Game, we will close the account and delete associated data. If you believe a minor is playing, please report it.

2. Information we collect

Account information

• Username
• A salted hash of your password (we never store the plain password)
• Hashed session tokens used by your devices
• Avatar appearance
• The version of the Privacy Policy and Terms you accepted, and the date and time of acceptance
• Optional profile details you choose to display (including age, if provided)

Gameplay and social information

• Game progress (in-game cash and transactions, homes, vehicles, items, jobs, skills)
• Friends list
• Direct messages you send and receive
• Your in-game location while you are online
• Recent room chat (retained so reports can be reviewed)
• Reports you submit, or that are submitted about you (for moderation)

Guest play

If you play as a guest, we store nothing on our servers beyond the active session. Your username and avatar look remain only in your browser.

Technical data

We may collect limited technical information (such as IP address, browser and device type, and basic usage logs) necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Game. This is processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Operate the Game and keep your progress
• Display your profile to other players according to the settings you choose
• Provide social features (friends, direct messages, room chat)
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and cheating, and handle reports
• Enforce our Terms of Service and community rules
• Improve the Game and maintain its security
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Where data is stored and how long we keep it

Data is stored on the infrastructure of our hosting provider (Cloudflare).

• Direct messages and room chat are kept only for the limited period needed for moderation and service operation.
• When you close your account, we delete your profile, sessions, and friendships. Transaction history related to the in-game economy may be retained longer to protect the integrity of the game economy.
• Reports and moderation records are kept as long as needed to investigate and enforce our rules.
• Account data is retained while your account is active, and for a short period after closure to handle any outstanding issues.

5. Sharing

We do not sell data. We may share information only:

• With service providers that help us host, secure, or operate the Game (under appropriate agreements)
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Antbrain Ltd, players, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required)

6. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Change what your profile shows
• Block other players
• Close your account from the in-game settings

You may also contact us to request a copy of your personal data, ask for corrections, or request deletion (subject to legal and operational requirements, such as retaining certain transaction records).

Depending on where you live (including under Nigeria’s data protection law, the NDPR), you may have additional rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection. We will respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (including hashing of passwords and session tokens, and access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. International transfers

If you access the Game from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred and processed internationally. We take steps consistent with applicable law to protect such transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version and effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. When required, we will ask you to accept the new version.
